Shipping and Delivery
Our goals for delivery are to deliver your purchase on time, in good condition, and as ordered. Cooperation with our delivery policies will help to ensure we can provide you with excellent delivery service.
Mattress Depot will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is placed. Dates vary due to manufacturer shipping practices, delivery location, and product availability. Mattress Depot is a locally owned and operated business serving Southwestern Virginia. Orders are available for delivery within local trading areas (within 50 driving miles of any of our stores). Delivery services are available to residences outside our free delivery area for an additional fee.
Delivery is free on all orders over $599.00 within a 50 mile radius of any of our five store locations. Orders less than $599.00 within a 50 mile radius of any of our stores will incur a $35.00 delivery fee.
Deliveries beyond 50 miles will incur additional fees as follows:

| 25 - 34 miles | $35.00 |
| 35 - 49 miles | $45.00 |
| 50 - 99 miles | $50.00 |

Included in your delivery arrangement is delivery of merchandise to your residence, set up, and removal of your old set at the customer's risk. We will not move customer's belongings.
Arrangements must be made to have someone present at the residence to receive the order the day of delivery. If delivery was not completed because no one was home to receive it, the delivery must be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee will be charged. Due to the volume of deliveries, we cannot promise an exact time.
If you must cancel or reschedule an order, please notify us within 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Also consider:
- Orders are available for pickup during regular store hours.
- You will be required to sign for your order when you pick it up.
- Once your order is delivered to a store, you are responsible for picking it up.
Cancellations and Returns
Mattress Depot reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order at our discretion. If the order is cancelled we will notify the customer using the contact information provided at the time of purchase via online shopping, email, phone, voicemail, or in store.
Due to Health Code laws, mattresses and foundations are non-returnable. We issue no cash refunds; store credits only. No returns on pillows. Any acceptable returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damage Claims
Merchandise should be inspected at time of delivery or pick up. Any claims of damage will not be honored after that, only manufacturer's warranty will apply.
These policies apply to all purchases from Mattress Depot whether online, via phone, mail, email, or in store.
Updates and Revisions
Mattress Depot periodically reviews and updates our policies listed above. Any and all changes will be posted on this page without notification.

Support
Mattress Depot serves as a distributor for all products we sell and distribute. Our product warranties are provided directly from the manufacturers. Mattress Depot can only guarantee the product through the manufacturer warranty.
