Mattress Depot verifies each transaction electronically through our Merchant Card Solutions Provider. Only orders authorized by our Merchant Card Solutions Provider will be processed. If your order is declined we will make an effort to inform you through the contact information provided at the time of purchase. In the event that we are unable to reach you, Mattress Depot is exempt from any liability for not processing and shipping your order.
